Terry Butenhoff

I have been with State Farm since graduating from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN in 1981. I started with the company in the Twin Cities as a homeowners adjustor and served in that role for 14 years. In 1995 my family had the opportunity to move to Aitkin, MN to become the State Farm agent in that town. Having grown up in the small town of Staples, MN we were excited to live and raise our children in a small rural community.

Being in a small town and working as an agent has been a rewarding experience. Getting to know the people of this community and helping them navigate their insurance needs has been very fulfilling.

My goal has always been to be honest and help people navigate through the sometimes troubling times that occur through an accident or a claim.

I have been blessed to have my staff person Kathleen Dox with me since I began this journey in 1995. Together we have built an agency that always strives to listen and help people chose the right insurance for their needs.

In my free time I love to spend time with my husband and our 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren.

I am also a baking junkie and will often make treats for people throughout the community.
